Don’t get too concerned about it, I’m just letting you know I’ve been feeling blahhhh.

I blame the airplane rides.  Matt was telling me last week that the key to air travel is to use the air jet above your head to create a protective air-germ “bubble”.  To do this you aim the air-jet at your chest, instead of your face.

I did this wrong apparently…

…but it’s inconsequential,  it’s all side chatter. I know what you’re here for…

I heard about you guys from high Times magazine. I’ve be subscribed to them for a while and I also ordered the 420 scope from you guys so Iwould love to get some free stuff from you guys because if so you will continue to have my business.

He heard about us in High Times, that’s good. He’s an owner of a 420 Scope. Awesome. He wants me to give him free stuff in exchange with continued business.

That last part was kind of aggressive eh? I’m not sure how to take this.

Have we at 420 Science been so generous with our gifts that they have become part of the deal? Is this a threat?

420 Science is back.  The free 420 Jars are on.

You’re all aware that we spent the last few days rambling around the foreign land of California. I can’t tell if its me that is getting weirder or if its Cali, but either way, our trips are always interesting.

There certainly are benefits for being in the marijuana industry, even more so when you’re the out-of-towner everyone wants to hook up and impress. Big thanks are due to all our friends, old and new, in the grizzy bear state. Can’t wait till next time.

We here at 420 Science are packing up and heading out to Los Angeles for the THC Expose tomorrow through Sunday. Of course we’ll see all of you there. Considering I’ll be out of the shop the next two days I decided to take the liberty of again giving out free 420 Jars to multiple orders.

Happy 420 Day!

4/20 Day is upon us. It was nearly a decade ago that I first looked upon this mid-april date on a calender and said “Whoa”.

My oh my, look how far we’ve all come.

Even the change over just the past five or so years has been amazing. Back in ’04 I was living in NYC on 4/20 day and was lured to Central Park by rumors of helicopters dropping joints from the sky. They never materialized, but I did have a great day bouncing around the park with little packs of stoners, all scoping out hidden smoke spots throughout the park. Word is that now in present day, the park is nearly swarmed. On top of that, Now-a-days college campuses across the country have “open tolerance” policies when it comes to the thousands of students who come out and smoke openly in public across campuses and parks.

So this is a time worth celebrating, and I have the tools at my disposal to do so. I release today’s 420 Jars for free, for the people.

I’ve been having these weird flashes of memory lately. Things like the illustrations out of the bedtime stories I was put to sleep with. Specifically today I’m remembering the illustration of a duck being slapped on the ass with a paddle, by a Chinese guy.

I’m not sure what this means.

I seem to get a long fine with both ducks and the Chinese so this illustration couldn’t have traumatized me too much.  However it was apparently enough to cause flash backs some twenty years later.  Now I’ve spent my day trying to figure just what the hell that duck did to deserve such treatment from a Chinese guy.

Little bits of detail filter in and out. Things I’m positive are facts:

• +Chinese man
• +Duck
• +Paddle
• +Paddle hit duck

Things I’m not so sure on:

• +This all involved a boat
• +The duck was bad
• +Why the hell I was reading children stories featuring abused ducks.

I’ve searched and googled, even tried to call my parents but am not getting anywhere. I need to know what book this was.  I need all of you out there to focus on your childhood, look deep into your memory and ask yourself, “Have I seen this paddled duck”.

Illinois annoys me. I feel like it’s just in the way.  You have Chicago, then some flat land filled with corn.  I think Indiana should invade since they don’t have much going on either. Then we can have Illiana.

No really, I’m on a few. Mostly nerd ones like HardOCP, or the Steam game forums. I’m a lurker of the Steam forums because it’s filled with twelve year olds bitching that the video game they just bought won’t work on their parent’s 4 year old pc. I’ve got a thing for schadenfreude.

Same story with the forum I visit populated with Sarah Palin worshipers. Again, schadenfreude.

I’ve lurked on a few of the marijuana / glass blowing forums here and there. Not a enough conflict for me honestly. An argument about who’s weed is better, fought between two people thousands of miles apart can only go so far. By the way, the only chance you have at winning that fight is with a USB 420 Scope.
